The catalogue
OSSBuy Spreadsheet shelves and a practice basket
Sixteen category shelves to browse, and a short basket of light, plain items that suit a first OSSBuy parcel while you learn the warehouse routine.
Every category shelf
Every shelf is sorted by sales. The photo on each card here is a real listing from that shelf, picked to show what the category looks like; a few still carry the maker's own packaging or hardware, and putting a photo on a card is not a recommendation of that listing.
Womenswear has no category page of its own in the catalogue, so that card runs a search for "women" instead. Expect a mixed result and narrow it with a garment word.

A practice basket: six light listings to learn on
A first parcel is a rehearsal for the whole routine: reading a listing, writing the order message, judging warehouse photos and choosing a line. It is cheaper to learn on light, plain items than on a pair of boots. These listings were read on 24 October 2026; titles, Chinese original titles and option menus were read for brand names and none were found. None of the six showed a weight estimate on its card, which is common; the rehearsal at entry eight is where a real figure comes from.

Washed cotton cap, NATURE embroidery
CNY 46 in every colour, and the option menu lists eight of them, each marked adjustable. Nothing to size, nothing fragile: a good first item for learning how warehouse photos look.
Check before paying: The Chinese title calls it a soft-crown cap with a washed finish; ask for one photo of the inside strap so you can see the adjuster.

Teddy bear embroidered cap
Four pastel colours at CNY 56, all one adjustable size. The scribbled lettering is part of the design, so the photo check is about the bear patch being straight.
Check before paying: Pink, grey, light blue and lilac are the only options; the colour you see on screen under shop lighting may read paler in warehouse photos.

Pink heavyweight graphic hoodie
One colour, sizes S to 3XL, CNY 59.80. The Chinese title stresses a heavyweight cotton and a loose cut, which means it will weigh more than a thin hoodie.
Check before paying: Read the size chart for chest width in cm; "loose" in the title means you may want your usual size, not one up.

Lamb jacquard zip cardigan
A chunky knit with a stand collar. The English listing title says poodle; the Chinese title says little lamb (小羊). The option menu names the two colourways only "1" and "2".
Check before paying: Match "1" and "2" to the blue and red photos before paying, or write the colour you want in the order message.

Brown tote with matching pouch
Four colours at CNY 97 and the option text gives the size: 54 by 10.5 by 27.5 cm, small pouch included. That size is the lesson.
Check before paying: A box only just big enough for 54 by 10.5 by 27.5 cm already comes to about 1.95 kg of volume weight on the 8000 divisor. Ask at packing time whether it can travel folded without its shop box.

Black workwear jacket, leather collar
The heaviest item in the basket, sizes S to XL. Better as the second parcel once you have seen how your first one was weighed and billed.
Check before paying: Workwear cuts run boxy; compare the shoulder and length figures in the size chart with a jacket you own.

Card anatomy, read left to right
A card gives you four useful facts and one trap. The useful ones: the photo, the yuan price or price range, the shop name and, when the catalogue has one, an estimated weight. The trap is the price range. A listing shown as "CNY 39 to 89" usually prices its cheapest option at 39; the colour or size you actually want may be the 89 one. Open the listing and read the option menu before you count on the low figure.
When a weight estimate is there, write it down. It feeds straight into the planner, and it tells you early whether the parcel you have in mind will cross the 500 g first-weight step that every line we priced uses.

From card to OSSBuy cart
Copy the listing's link (the address of the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 page, or the catalogue page that names it) and drop it into the ossbuy.com search box. OSSBuy then fetches that listing and rebuilds it as an OSSBuy product page, seller options included. If OSSBuy cannot read the link it tells you so and points you to Fill and Buy, a form where you type the price, the seller's courier fee and the options by hand.
Weidian listings are worth a note. The Beginner's Guide lists Weidian among the platforms you can paste from, while keyword search on OSSBuy only gathers Taobao and 1688 results. So a Weidian item has to arrive as a pasted link; searching its name on OSSBuy will not find it.

Next: logbook entry two covers what happens after the paste, and picking items covers the listing itself.
