The tool
OSSBuy first-parcel date planner
Type the day you pay, your country, a line and a weight. The planner lays OSSBuy's published windows onto a calendar and prices the freight from the line quotes we pulled on 24 October 2026.
Lay the windows onto your calendar
The sums happen on your own device and nothing you type leaves it. Start with today's date and the weight of what you plan to buy. The weight box starts at 900 g only as an example; replace it with the sum of the logged weights on your Warehouse list, or with the rehearsal figure once you have one.

What each date is built from
The planner uses only windows OSSBuy publishes in its help centre, order pages and line notes, read on 24 October 2026:
- Buyer response: within six hours for orders paid 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time, otherwise by 14:00 the next day.
- Seller dispatch: three to seven days after the order is placed, from the shopping information table.
- Domestic courier: three to five working days to the Guangdong warehouse, from the logistics instructions.
- Return door: five days after the item shows as stored.
- Packing: one to two days after you submit.
- Transit: the working-day range the estimator attached to your line.
- Claim cut-off: shortage or damage claims are refused from the eighth day after delivery.
- Storage: 90 free days from stored, then 30 days marked expired before disposal.
Working days skip Saturdays and Sundays. Chinese public holidays are not modelled; in 2026 OSSBuy's notices paused warehouse work on 25 September and 1 to 3 October, and similar pauses around Qingming, May Day and the Dragon Boat Festival.

How the freight figure is worked out
Every line the estimator returned on 24 October 2026 charged a first-weight price for the first 500 g, a step price for each further 200 g or part of it, and a fixed handling charge: CNY 8 on the US, UK, Canada and Mexico lines, CNY 24 on the self-operated lines into Europe. For volume weight, multiply the three box sides in centimetres and divide by 8000; you pay on whichever weight comes out higher.
The saved October 24, 2026 estimator reflected a half-price shipping offer: it halved weight charges while leaving handling whole. The planner displays that historical offer when its modelled departure falls before the recorded end date. That date test cannot confirm your eligibility or a current promotion. Compare the full-price result too, then check the payment screen and fees page; the technical service fee is not included in this freight output.

Where the planner will be wrong
- A seller who takes longer than seven days, or a pre-sale item, pushes every later date back.
- Customs inspections, failed delivery attempts and missed pick-ups are outside every window here, and OSSBuy's compensation rules do not count them as delays.
- Line prices change. The quotes are a snapshot from one day; open the Estimation page on ossbuy.com before paying for freight.
- The 10% technical service fee the Terms of Use name for freight payments is not added to the figure, because the checkout screen is the only place that shows how it is applied to your order.
Compare two runs with the same line and weight: first with zero waiting days, then with the time you expect to wait for other items. That shows the modelled delivery trade-off of consolidation. Keep the result as a planning reminder; replace forecast warehouse and delivery dates with the actual account events before calculating a return or claim deadline. The after-sales page explains the relevant windows.
