OSSBuy Spreadsheet Logbook: your first parcel, entry by entry
A product catalogue to browse by category, plus a dated logbook that follows one OSSBuy parcel from the sign-up form to the unboxing video, using the windows OSSBuy itself publishes.
Category shelves, photographed from live listings
Each card leads to a category of live listings, sorted by what other shoppers bought. Copy a listing link from there and paste it into OSSBuy, which is where entry two of the logbook picks up.

What OSSBuy Spreadsheet means on these pages
People search for "OSSBuy Spreadsheet" when they want a shortlist of products that can be bought through OSSBuy without hunting across Taobao, Weidian and 1688 themselves. Here it means two things that work together.
First, a catalogue you can browse by category: each shelf leads to listings showing photos, a yuan price and a link ready for OSSBuy. Second, this logbook, which explains what happens to that link after you paste it, how long each stage usually takes and where the charges land.
The shelves are not ours to stock and we take no orders. Prices on a card are the seller's price on the day it was read; OSSBuy confirms the real figure when its buyer places the order, and it asks for a supplementary payment if the seller has changed the price or the courier fee.

How an OSSBuy order moves from goods payment to delivery
Use the logbook to check the next action, not to assume every order follows its estimated dates. Confirm seller dispatch after purchase, review the item when warehouse photos arrive, and compare packed weight before the freight payment. If the real status falls behind the estimate, use that status and the relevant support route to decide what to do next.
There are eleven entries. The first four happen in one sitting: account, listing, options, checkout. Entries five to seven belong to OSSBuy's buyer, the seller and the Guangdong warehouse. Entries eight to eleven are yours again: rehearsal or submit, the second payment, tracking, and the unboxing.

Open the full logbook: nine of the eleven entries carry an official OSSBuy screenshot or drawing.
OSSBuy, described without the slogans
OSSBuy is a shopping agent: you pay it, its buyer orders from the Chinese seller, the item travels to its warehouse in Guangdong, staff open and photograph it, and when you are ready it packs your items into one parcel and sends it abroad. The site is run by PROSPERA FORTIS INFLUENCE LTD, a company registered in England under number 16507560.
Two traits matter more than the marketing lines on its home page. Section 8.3 of its Terms of Use sets a 10% technical service fee and lists three moments it applies: recharging the balance, paying for an order and paying for international freight. And everything is paid in two parts: goods first, shipping later, once you know what the warehouse actually weighed.

More on the operator, the published service standards and when another agent may fit better: the OSSBuy profile.
Use the OSSBuy planner for dates and a provisional freight budget
Enter a goods-payment date, Beijing office-hours slot, destination, line, packed weight and any days you plan to wait for other items. The planner combines saved processing windows and October 24, 2026 route rates. Use it to see how a consolidation wait shifts later stages; after the item is actually stored or delivered, use that real event date for return or claim deadlines.
It is arithmetic on published windows, not a promise. Seller delays, Chinese public holidays and customs checks all stretch the real dates, and the planner says so beside each answer.

Next step, if you already know what you want to buy: use the date planner.
Where your yuan go, payment by payment
Payment one buys the goods and the seller's postage to Guangdong. The second covers international freight, chosen line, packing options and insurance if you add it. Small fixed charges sit between the two: CNY 20 for a rehearsal (a measured dry run of your parcel), CNY 5 per order if you send something back under the five-day rule, and a handling charge of CNY 8 or CNY 24 that every freight quote we pulled added on top.
The 10% technical service fee is the item to watch. The Terms of Use name three moments it applies to, and the checkout screen is where you see how it is shown for your order.

Worked examples and the exchange rate table: fees and rates.
Two separate reasons: the agent, and this handbook
Why OSSBuy: a UK-registered operator you can look up, published processing windows (six hours for an order paid in Beijing office hours, follow-ups on silent sellers from day four), a five-day no-reason return door after storage, and a rehearsal option so you can see the packed weight before paying for freight. Why not: the 10% service fee is higher than agents that advertise zero commission, and the platform is new, with its first notices dated April 2026.
Why this handbook: every figure carries the date we read it and where it came from, personal details in official screenshots are blurred, and the planner turns OSSBuy's windows into calendar dates. Every outbound link is opened before a page goes live, so dead links are caught before you meet them. No agent league tables here, and no verdicts on listings; just the checks to run yourself.

Desk, notices and the correction box
OSSBuy posts holiday schedules, route changes and events in its notice list. Seven notices were live on 24 October 2026, from the Qingming holiday shipping pause in April to the Mid-Autumn and National Day closure on 25 September and 1 to 3 October. We summarise them with dates on the updates page and note what each one changes for an open order.
The help desk page collects the glossary, frequently asked questions and the contact routes OSSBuy lists: round-the-clock online chat, [email protected], and its Discord and Reddit communities. If something on these pages is wrong, write to [email protected] and the fix is logged with a date.
